Your Role: As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be an essential part of our client-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally. - Address client concerns, resolve issues, and provide accurate information. - Assist clients in navigating our services and platforms. - Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex client issues. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions.
Qualifications: - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to client satisfaction. - Previous customer service experience is a plus. - Knowledge of financial and investment terminology is an advantage. - Ability to work independently and in a team, with excellent time management skills. - Comfortable working in a remote, technology-driven environment.
